• The extra bed rates will be applied for an extra person in room, where extra bedding is required and inclusive of breakfast. Maximum guests allowed in room: 3 adults (with 1 extra bed) or 2 Adults 2 Children under 12 years old sharing exiting bed.
• The baby cot is free of charge.
• An unregistered guest is additional charge is THB500 net per person per room (as rate without breakfast, extra bed and hotel facilities)

Cancellation & No Show
• Low Season: A cancellation equivalent to 1 night will be charged for each room cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival.
• Low Season: A no-show fee equivalent to 1 night will be charged for each room
• In case of early check-out, the Hotel is entitled to charge the entire reserved period when the Hotel is fully booked.
Arrival & Departure Time
• The Hotel can not guarantee availability of rooms for arrivals before 14:00 hrs. Departure time is 12:00 hrs.
• Extension of check-out time is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
- Day-use up to 18:00 hrs: at 50% of the selling rate
- Day-use beyond 18:00 hrs: at 100% of the selling rate
